Refunds and Returns

 

Thank you for shopping with Sunny Electricals. If you find you’re not satisfied with a purchase made with us, we will do the best to help and accommodate to you in any means possible.

 

Returns:

On return of any item, you are allowed up to 30 calendar days to send back from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the item you received must be unused and in the same condition it was in on arrival.

When sending an item back to us, it must be delivered to us in its original packaging and proof of your purchase is required in order for us to process the return.

 

Refunds:

Once your purchase is returned to Sunny Electricals, a member of our team will conduct an inspection of the item. Once done and the item is approved for return, we will then notify you and walk you through the next stage of refunds.

If an item is disapproved for any reason, we hold the right to withhold any refund to the account the item was purchased from.

On approval, we will then initiate an immediate refund to you, back into the account and using the method of payment originally used.

Please note, refunds may take a couple of days to process, depending on your card provider’s policies.

 

Shipping:

Any shipping required for a returned purchase must be paid for in full and is solely responsible to that of the issuer.

However, if a refund is received, the cost of your return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If the item is surplus to requirements, any shipping charges incurred will be deducted.

Please note that some items may also incur a handling charge. This may vary depending on which manufacturer is supplying the goods. This will be confirmed prior to any refund being processed.
